Quase sinônimos no inglês jurídico: tenant & lessee
Tenant & Lessee
Ambos os termos podem ser traduzidos por locatário.
Todavia, tenant é o locatário de bem imóvel e lessee o locatário de outros tipos de bens.

Tenant
In consideration of the rents and covenants herein stipulated to be paid and performed by Tenant and upon the terms and conditions herein specified, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the premises (the "Premises").
Tenant shall pay to Landlord in lawful money of the United States as fixed rent for the Premises, the amounts set forth in Schedule B

If within 45 days from the date Lessor orders the Equipment, same has not been delivered, installed and accepted by Lessee (in form satisfactory to Lessor), Lessor may thereafter, at any time, on 10 days' written notice to Lessee, terminate this Lease and its obligations to Lessee.
Unless, within such five-business day period, Lessee provides Lessor with written notice of any defects or problems with the Equipment, the Lessee shall be deemed to have accepted the Equipment in good condition.
Unless Lessee sends to Lessor written notice at least 90 days before end of any term that Lessee does not elect to renew this Lease.
