Emprego de pronomes de tratamento em inglês

Em português, em comunicações dirigidas aos chefes de poder, por exemplo, a regra é empregar A Sua Excelência o Senhor Fulano de Tal e usar o vocativo Excelentíssimo Senhor. Por outro lado, em inglês, a expressão cognata, His Excelency, não é utilizada neste contexto.
